No. It's a one-time purchase for 12 months of access. No auto-renew, no surprise charges. We email a reminder before access expires; you choose whether to renew.
Is the cert price the same across the catalogue?
Yes. Pick any live cert — CIH, CSP, ASP, OHST, CHST, STSC, CHMM, CIEC, CMC, CHFM, CHEP, CHP, CHSP, NABCEP-PV, Legionella — and the headline price is the same. The ladder is by seat count, not by cert. New banks added during your 12-month window are available at the same price.
What if I have 11 seats — is that the Team tier?
Yes. The 10–49 seat tier is $149/seat/cert/year — that's where the team admin features are unlocked. 2–9 is $199/seat/cert/year (Small Team). 50+ is enterprise (custom).
Can I add more seats or another cert partway through the year?
Yes. Add seats or pick up another cert anytime; pro-rated billing. New seats get the same 12-month access window aligned with your purchase.
Is there a discount for non-profits, hospitals, or universities?
Yes — non-profits, accredited universities, and hospital networks get standard education / public-sector pricing. Email hello@certprepstudio.com with proof of status.
What about refunds and the pass guarantee?
